• In case of legal requirements: TentenAI is responsible for cooperating to provide member personal information upon request from judicial authorities, including: The Procuracy, The Court, and Investigation Agencies related to any law violation by the Customer.

User personal information is stored for the duration that:

• The user maintains an account on the TentenAI system;
• Or until the user requests cancellation/deletion of information;
• Or according to the mandatory retention period prescribed by law.

In all cases, user personal information is kept confidential on TentenAI's servers.

TentenAI commits not to share, sell, or exchange user personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
