General Transaction Policy

This General Transaction Policy prescribes the terms and conditions applicable to all transactions arising on the TentenAI website/platform.

By performing any transaction, the Customer signifies that they have read, understood, and agreed to the entire content of this Policy.

1. Definitions and Interpretation of Terms

  • TentenAI: A brand owned and operated by GMO-Z.COM RUNSYSTEM JOINT STOCK COMPANY, providing digital products and services related to artificial intelligence.
  • Customer: An individual or organization that registers an account, uses services, or purchases products on the TentenAI platform.
  • Digital Products/Services: Including but not limited to:
    • AI Tools
    • Subscription Packages
    • Digital Content
  • Transaction: The act of the customer making payment and the system confirming the granting of rights to use the product/service.

2. Scope of Application

This policy applies to:

  • All customers within and outside the territory of Vietnam using the TentenAI platform.
  • All transactions performed through the website and official payment channels announced by TentenAI.

3. Transaction Process and Contract Establishment

Account Registration
  • Customers must provide full and accurate information when registering.
  • Each account may only be used by one individual or organization.
  • TentenAI is not responsible for risks arising from customers providing incorrect or missing information.
Transaction Establishment

A transaction is considered a valid electronic contract when the following conditions are met:

  • The Customer has confirmed the purchase of the service/product
  • Payment is successful
  • The system records and activates access rights

4. Prices and Payment Methods

Service Prices
  • Prices are publicly listed on the website at the time of the transaction.
  • Prices may change according to each service package, time, or promotional program.
Payment Methods

Customers can choose one of the payment methods below. Depending on the payment method, the service will be checked and activated by TentenAI staff after confirming a valid payment.

Direct payment at TENTENAI office (Staff supports activation)

Customers can pay directly at the offices of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM Joint Stock Company at the following addresses:

In Hanoi

In Ho Chi Minh City

  • Address: 8th Floor, Ha Do Building, No. 2 Hong Ha, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Phone: (028) 73 086 086

Working hours: From 08:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and Tet as prescribed).

After payment, TentenAI staff will confirm the information and proceed to activate the service for the customer.

Payment via bank transfer (Staff supports activation)

Customers can make a transfer payment according to the following information:

  • Account holder: Cong ty Co phan GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM
  • Bank: Vietcombank – Operations Center
  • Account number: 0011004049424

Important note:

  • Customers are not required to have a bank account to make a transfer.
  • When transferring money, in the Transfer Content section, customers need to clearly state the syntax:
    [Order “XXYY”, Service Name]

Where: XXYY is the order code.

Example: [Order 2454689, domain abc.com]

After the transfer, customers need to notify TentenAI to confirm and activate the service.

Payment via ATM (Staff supports activation)

Customers can go to any Vietcombank ATM to transfer money according to the information:

  • Account holder: Cong ty Co phan GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM
  • Bank: Vietcombank – Operations Center
  • Account number: 0011004049424

After completing the transaction, customers need to keep the ATM receipt as a basis for payment confirmation.

Payment Confirmation and Service Activation

To have the service activated quickly, in case of payment via bank transfer or ATM, please perform one of the following methods:

  • Send payment confirmation email to: [email protected]
  • Or contact hotline: (024) 71 089 999 (office hours)

Confirmation content needs to include:

  • Name of depositor
  • Bank where the transfer was made
  • Order code
  • Name of registered service

For payments via ATM, please scan/take a clear photo of the ATM receipt and send it with the email so TentenAI can proceed to activate the service.

Payment Completion Time
  • Payment is only considered complete when TentenAI confirms receipt of the full amount corresponding to the order.
  • Normal service activation time: within office hours or a maximum of 24 working hours from receipt of full valid payment confirmation information.

TentenAI does not store customer payment card information.

5. Service Provision Policy

TentenAI only provides digital products and services; there is no form of physical delivery.

After successful payment, customers will receive:

  • System access rights
  • Account activation
  • Or notification via email/user account
  • Normal processing time: automatic or maximum 24 working hours, excluding force majeure cases.

6. Cancellation, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Non-refund Principles

Due to the nature of digital products and services, TentenAI does not apply refunds in the following cases:

  • Service has been activated
  • Customer has logged in and used
  • System access rights have been granted
  • Service package usage time has started
Cases Considered for Special Support

TentenAI only considers refunds or service exchanges when all the following conditions are met simultaneously:

  • Serious technical error originating from the TentenAI system
  • Customer cannot use the service
  • There is verifiable proof
  • Request sent within 5-7 working days from the time of payment
  • Service has not been used or significantly exploited
Cases of Refund Refusal
  • Customer changes personal needs
  • Not using the service after purchase
  • Misunderstanding features due to not reading the description carefully
  • Errors arising from devices, transmission lines, or third parties
Rights and Obligations of Customers

Customers are responsible for:

  • Complying with Vietnamese law
  • Not using the service for purposes violating the law or social ethics
  • Not copying, distributing, or reselling the service in any form
  • Self-securing account information

Customers are fully responsible for all activities arising from their accounts.

Rights and Obligations of TentenAI

TentenAI commits to:

  • Providing services as described
  • Providing technical support within the committed scope
  • Protecting customer information

TentenAI has the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services if violations are detected
  • Refuse support in case of fraud
  • Change or upgrade the system without prior notice
Complaint and Dispute Resolution
  • All complaints must be sent by official letter/email.
  • Complaint reception deadline: 07-10 working days from the time the incident arises.
  • Disputes are prioritized to be resolved through negotiation.
  • In case no agreement is reached, the case will be handled according to Vietnamese law.
Effectiveness Terms
  • The policy is effective from the date of announcement.
  • TentenAI has the right to adjust the content and update it publicly on the website.
  • The latest version will replace all previous versions.
